(More customer reviews)We haven't had occasion to use the cushion as a throw device, but it is comfy to sit on in the kayak & it is good to know we have it in case of emergency. Of course everyone in my Sea-Eagle tandem kayak ( which holds 3) always has a life-vest, even in tame waters :~).
