(More customer reviews)I got a pair of shoes. But they were a little too small, so I wanted to exchange them to a larger size. But they didn't accept exchanges. They only refund and make you pay for the return shipment, because the return reason is not their error.
There is no way to know their 7.5 size shoes are actually 7.0 size ones for most of other shoe companies, until we receive actual products. This is not my error, either.
I have shopped online but this was the first company that did not accept exchanges of products. I had to buy a new pair. This means that I had to pay for shipping again.
If you are not sure about your shoe size with this company, I do not recommend you buy shoes from them.
